SHIPPING & HANDLING

Our shipping charges cover all expenses related to processing your order including handling and packing the products, as well as delivery.

Shipping & Handling charges are based on the total value of your order and are calculated automatically for you during checkout, as follows:

At this point we do not provide automatic shipping calculations for shipments in the United States or overseas. If you are shipping to any of these destinations please ask for a Quote during checkout. No payment will be required.

Shipping Method:

  • Orders are shipped using a variety of carriers depending on cost and destination.  Orders are typically processed and delivered within 4 - 14 business days, depending on the shipping address.
  • Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Receiving Your Package:

  • We are not responsible if a carrier leaves your package unattended at your home or business and damage or theft occurs.
  • We are also not responsible if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us, or if a delivery is not possible to your location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned to us. In both of these cases, we will need to recharge for the delivery to be resent again.
  • If you call to say you did not receive an order and if the carrier can provide delivery confirmation we are not able to issue any type of replacement. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if such a rare incident occurs.

RETURN POLICY

Our Simple Policy: If a product is found to be faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, we will accept returns for product inspection and deal with accordingly.  Most items returned are not defective but are misconfgiured or setup in a manner not intended by the manufacturer. If the product becomes faulty after 30 days it must be dealt with the manufacturer - unless product states that it must be returned to point of purchase. 

Return Instructions: Products must be returned in well-protected packaging with the assigned RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. DO NOT write on or apply shipping stickers to the original manufacturer's box. DO NOT use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box. Products not properly packaged and without RMA numbers will not be accepted.  Any products found with missing manufacturers packaging or contents will not be accepted for return or replacement.

RMA Expiration: Once an RMA is approved, the product must be received within 10 days. Returns received after 10 days will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 30 days: Any product that is found to be defective within 30 days from the date of purchase is eligible for a replacement upon manufacturer approval. Products found to be in working condition but used will be returned at the owner's expense or held for pickup.

New in Box: All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Such returns will be refunded by store credit or refund at the company's sole discretion.  Products that are NIB (New In Box) but were purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refund. An exchange/store credit only will apply. Item(s) being returned will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Used Products: Products where the manufacturer's original packaging has been opened are not eligible for return or refund.

Defective Products - Standard One (1) Year Replacements: Products purchased within 1 year but more than 30 days ago, must be returned to the manufacturer if defective. We are unable to return defective products after 30 days and therefore, you must work directly with the manufacturer to fix or replace defective goods.

Special Circumstances: Some product returns may be outside the scope of our standard return policy and will need to be dealt in a different manner. We will deal with each incident on a case-by-case basis.
